"I'm not saying you should take a vow of silence. I'm merely saying, do not put any emotion into the words that you speak to someone. Do not take the words seriously. You have to live in this world. Therefore talking is necessary. But do not believe every word you say has something to do with your life or anybody else's life or any thing else. Keep your words down to a minimum. If someone talks to you and tells you something you don't have to elaborate, you can say, "yes," or "no." It's like going back to your childhood."
